The size chart below is not an exact science or a fit guarantee. We all have different body shapes, proportions and each item can vary in cut and fabric so please take note of the item descriptions.

All garments are in AU (Australian) sizes.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

[TEST] We offer refund, exchange or store credit on full price items and exchange or store credit on sale items.

•  The item must be in the original packaging, tags attached and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

RETURNS POLICY – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Return Instructions: include your name and return address on the parcel & ship to: Silver By Diamond (insert postal address).

Paid with Afterpay or ZipPay? Our return policy stays exactly the same. If it’s for a refund, once we process the return, Afterpay/ZipPay will cancel the amount off the end of your payments/refund your credit card depending on what you’ve paid to date.

International Return Policy. Silver By Diamond accepts either refund or store credit on full priced items. And store credit on sale items. Items need to be returned to Little Party Dress in the original plastic packaging, tags attached and in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is at the customers’ expense.

How long will it take? Please allow 5 business days from your return parcel arriving, for your return to be completed.

How does an exchange work? Within 5 business days of receiving your parcel we will ship your requested exchange item. Please note we can’t 100% guarantee your exchange item will be available, we will try our best, but being a small business we don’t hold a lot of stock. From door-to-door an exchange will take at least 1 week. If you need it sooner, or would like to make sure you don’t miss out, please purchase the new style and then you can get a refund on your first item.

Do you offer free returns? Return shipping is at the customers’ expense. In the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items, please email us ASAP so we can fix you up.
